If you are looking to play golf on the slightly cheaper end of the price and don’t care what the course conditions are, then by all means this is the place to go, but if you genuinely care the conditions of the course you are playing on then don’t come here. The majority of the greens were full of dying grass and filled with spotty patches of dirt/sand and the tee boxes were either dead grass with patches of dirt or grass that was 4 inches tall almost towering my golf ball on the tee. I have played courses that were not maintained well, but this course needs A LOT of work to be done to be serviceable. If your debating this course and another one, choose the other one, trust me it’s not worth your time, money or energy to play on a course where when you go to putt and your ball is bouncing all over the place because the green is an uneven surface filled with dead patches. There is no excuse for a course to present itself to look 10000x better online then what is actually presented when you arrive. I hope this review finds the right people and this course makes the necessary changes to improve its conditions because it has the potential to be a great course.

10/10 hands down best golf course in Nashville. Cheap and reliable, my buddies and I play every Sunday and always have a blast. Get the burger or the hot dog and you will have a GOOD DAY!

This course sits on a. Gorgeous piece of property and has a really fun layout. The folks in the clubhouse including the starter are all really nice people and make you feel welcomed. The folks running the cart barn are also great. The tee boxes and fairways are in good shape. The greens though I’m really hoping there able to save and get back in playable condition. We played this past weekend and the greens are not worth putting on. It’s all sand with very little grass. If they can get the greens in decent shape again this is a really fun course. The driving range is top notch by the way.

Absolutely worth playing, rolling hills and challenging but not difficult course. When we checked in the staff was so nice, as an out of town visitor, we felt welcomed. We took urber from Nashville but couldn't get anyone to accept the request to get back to our hotel, so the owners were both there, husband and wife. The husband, I think his name was Mike without hesitation brought us directly to our hotel in Nashville. That is what I call service. Next time we will do a car rental!

Nashville National has a lot going for it, starting with the exceptionally friendly clubhouse staff who set the tone the moment you arrive. The layout is fun, with a surprising amount of scenery and hole variety for a course of its length. At just 6,107 yards from the tips, it’s definitely on the shorter side, but it still offers enough strategic interest to keep things engaging. The Trackman range is a great bonus and adds real value to the experience. That said, the greens were in rough shape during my visit—patchy, inconsistent, and in some spots missing grass entirely. Hard to know whether that’s just early‑season Tennessee conditions or something more chronic, but it was noticeable. Fairways and tees were serviceable but nothing special, sitting squarely in the “mediocre but playable” category. For the price, the round felt fair, and while the course’s name suggests something a bit more elevated than what you actually get, it’s still a decent, enjoyable outing at a reasonable rate.
